Your Mission

As International Growth Marketing Manager, you drive and execute our marketing activities across selected international regions, while being based in one of our growth markets (Denmark or the Netherlands). By being located outside the headquarters, you ensure that international activities are shaped by authentic end-market perspectives and aligned with global direction.

You act as the central marketing counterpart for our regional entities and partners, ensuring a consistent, performance-oriented B2B SaaS marketing approach across markets. You also ensure that local commercial realities and customer dynamics are closely aligned with HQ Operations.

You are a full member of Group Operations within our global matrix organization and actively contribute to global marketing strategy, content direction, and go-to-market alignment. In this role, you will have regular exposure to senior and executive leadership, contributing insights and representing the voice of the international markets in strategic decision-making.

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and help translate global campaigns into locally relevant and impactful regional activities — always aligned with growth, measurable results, and brand consistency.

Your Responsibilities

Regional Scope

  • Responsible for marketing activities across the Nordics, Benelux, APAC, and selected RoW markets (excl. USA and DACH)
  • First point of contact for the respective international entities and local partners
  • Bring a strong end-market viewpoint into HQ processes and planning

Strategic & Planning

  • Contribute to and further develop the international marketing strategy from the perspective of a growth-market location
  • Support local sales leadership with dedicated go-to-market strategies
  • Derive integrated, cross-channel action plans aligned with global campaign planning
  • Ensure a consistent international brand presence in line with corporate identity guidelines

Operational Execution

  • Execute international marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Group Marketing (Online, MarCom, Events, Ops, Product)
  • Coordinate with local partners, agencies, service providers, and freelancers where required
  • Support subsidiaries in implementing local marketing activities — including hands-on end-to-end execution where no local field support is available
  • Create international mailings and landing pages in HubSpot
  • Plan and execute international social media activities
  • Plan and execute international marketing initiatives across regions, including:
    • Webinars and digital events
    • Campaign-related announcements and PR activities
    • Social and content-driven initiatives

Note: These activities may involve subsidiaries, partners, or broader ecosystem and community groups, depending on the go-to-market setup.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in software marketing, ideally B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of performance and growth marketing principles
  • Highly data-driven with a clear focus on measurable impact
  • Comfortable operating in international, multi-entity environments
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to execute independently
  • Structured, pragmatic, and reliable in managing multiple regions
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
